How to use it? Is it difficult to use?
It is not difficult to use. Connect like a normal WiFi. Just turn on the Pcoket WiFi, wait for the device to detect the signal for a moment, search for the WiFi name, enter the password, and connect.
How many devices can be shared?
You can share up to 5 devices. For stability, we recommend 2-3 devices.
How is the internet speed? Is it fast?
Unlimited internet usage, 4GLTE speed, maximum download speed 15Mbps.
Is there a deposit? How much is the deposit?
If renting in an individual's name, there is a 1,000 baht deposit per unit and it will be returned after the company receives the unit back.
In case of bank transfer, the deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days. In case of payment by credit card, the deposit will be refunded to the card. The processing time is 30 days.
