WiFi connection

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 3-5 seconds to turn on the device.

After turning on the device, wait for the device to catch the signal for 2-3 minutes. When it shows 4G, it is ready to connect and use.

Go to your mobile device
Settings> WiFi Then select our WiFi and enter the password to connect.

The WiFi name and password will be displayed on the device screen.

Select OK

Wait for the device to restart for about 4-5 minutes. Once the device has restarted, you can set up SIM1. See how to set up SIM1.

The web page doesn't open.
The internet is unstable.
Unable to load application

When the above symptoms are found, but the 4G signal and the signal tower shows 3-4 bars

Go to Economize data usage

Slide left to close (as shown in the picture)

Select Always then OK.

Press and hold the ON/OFF button and Volume Up (+) button together for 20 seconds or until the screen displays the logo to perform a Hard Reboot of the device.

Press the ON/OFF button once to confirm (OK).

Wait for the device to Hard Reboot for about 4-5 minutes. When the device has Hard Rebooted, you can set up SIM1. See how to set up SIM1.

Go to SIM manager

Select SIM1 then press Enter.

Wait for the device to receive the signal for 2-3 minutes. When it shows 4G, it is ready to connect and use. If it still does not show 4G, set the APN. See how to set the APN.

Click on the word Data connection.

Select APN

Select the (+) sign.

Enter Name and APN as internet (all uppercase) then click Save.

Select the APN we just did, then return to the home page.

Wait for the device to receive the signal for 2-3 minutes. When it shows 4G, it is ready to connect and use.
