General customers (individuals)
For general customers, there is a 1,000 baht deposit for the device, which must be paid in advance before the product is shipped.
The refund of the deposit will be processed after we have received the Pocket WiFi back. The processing time depends on the deposit payment method as follows:

  1. In case of transfer payment: It takes 3-5 business days.
  2. In case of payment via credit card: It takes 20-30 business days.

Corporate clients (organizations)
Corporate clients can rent without any deposit in any case. Special! For corporate clients who register with Bangkok Samurai Co., Ltd., you can pay for the service after delivery. The payment period is within 14 days after the delivery date.
