② Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards.
*No additional fees.
For personal rentals, a deposit of 1,000 THB per device is required, which will be refunded upon return of the device.
– For bank transfers, the deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days.
– For credit card payments, the deposit will be refunded to the card and may take up to 30 days for processing.
Equipment Pickup/Return
We offer the following delivery and return services:
- Delivery and collection by messenger (motorcycle) one day in advance, limited to the Bangkok metropolitan area
- Pick-up and return possible at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airport
- Can be received and returned at our partner stores inside department stores
- For customers in other provinces, delivery and return will be made via EMS postal service
