2) Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and JCB cards.
*No additional fees.
For personal rentals, a deposit of 1,000 THB per device is required, which will be refunded upon the return of the device.
– For bank transfers, the deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days.
– For credit card payments, the deposit will be refunded to the card and may take up to 30 days for processing.
Device Pickup/Return
We offer the following delivery and return services:
- Pick-up and Return via Messenger must be arranged one day in advance, limited to the Inner Bangkok area.
- Pick-up and Return possible at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang Airport
- Pick-up and Return at our service points inside department stores
- For customers in other provinces, Pick-up and Return will be made via Parcel delivery
