About usage

It is not difficult to use. Connect like a normal WiFi. Just turn on the Pcoket WiFi, wait for the device to detect the signal for a moment, search for the WiFi name, enter the password, and connect.

You can share up to 5 devices. For stability, we recommend 2-3 devices.

After fully charged, it can be used for 7-10 hours, depending on usage.

Unlimited internet usage, 4GLTE speed, maximum download speed 15Mbps.

Service fee / Package

We offer daily service from 1 day onwards up to a yearly rate. The daily rate is 100 baht/day. To see long-term packages, click here.

  1. Bank transfer
    Payment can be made by transfer to the bank account specified below.
    Once payment has been made, please send proof of payment to info@bs-mobile.jp to confirm payment.

  2. Payment by credit card
    Accepted credit cards include VISA, MASTER, JCB *No additional fees.

If renting in an individual’s name, there is a 1,000 baht deposit per unit and it will be returned after the company receives the unit back.
In case of bank transfer, the deposit will be refunded within 5-7 days. In case of payment by credit card, the deposit will be refunded to the card. The processing time is 30 days.

Our service fees include 7% VAT.

Payment can be made via credit card with no additional fees.

Equipment Pickup/Return

1. We have a messenger service for delivery and return in inner Bangkok area. Delivery in advance 1 day before use.
2. Pick-up and return points at Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang Airport
3. Partner pick-up and return points in the mall
4. In case of being in another province, delivery and return will be via EMS.
